In this summer vacation, from 1 to 3 August. We enjoyed staying in your Hotel. It was very delicious  your yogurt ...... We could have very nice memory in your Hotel. I kept the map as reminder of our visit to Laval.

Attached is the recipe I promised you when we stayed with you in August.
We have done a Google Translation so we hope it is correct.
Thank you for your hospitality, we really enjoyed staying with you. The Mill
is really beautiful as was our room. Your recommendations for the chateaux
to visit were just right for us and we enjoyed them very much - especially
the gardens at Villandry.
I have not had time to make your confiture de courgettes, but hope to do
it soon. 
We hope that you will visit Australia soon and we would look forward to showing
you some of the sights in Melbourne.
